Open Source License

ProdPush is released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0). This means:

  • You are free to use, modify, and distribute the software
  • You must share any modifications under the same license
  • If you run a modified version as a service, you must make the source code available
  • The software is provided "as is" without warranty

Commercial Use Restrictions

While ProdPush is open source, the following restrictions apply:

  • No Reselling: You may not sell, resell, or commercialize ProdPush or any derivative work as a standalone product or service without explicit written permission
  • No Rebranding: You may not rebrand ProdPush and offer it as your own product
  • No SaaS Without Compliance: If you offer ProdPush as a hosted service, you must comply with AGPL-3.0 requirements and make your source code available
  • Attribution Required: You must maintain proper attribution to the ProdPush project in any derivative works

Acceptable Use

When using ProdPush, you agree to:

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the ProdPush team and contributors shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or other commercial damages.

Contributions

By contributing to ProdPush, you agree that your contributions will be licensed under the same AGPL-3.0 license. You represent that you have the right to make such contributions.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Major changes will be announced through our GitHub repository.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international open source licensing standards and the laws of the jurisdiction where disputes arise.
